In 2007, Pangaea founded Hessle Audio along with Ben UFO and Pearson Sound. What followed was a unique and pioneering force that elevated the post-dubstep movement and ,in turn, the trio’s rise to the scene at an unprecedented rate. The label’s roster is full of imminent talents such as Joy Orbison, Anz, Call Super, Shanti Celeste and Objekt, making it even more impressive and significant and the results were seen on the dancefloors last year during their 15 years Hessle Audio tour at Dekmantel, Printworks and plenty more venues with overwhelming turnouts and support.
It should be noted that aside from DJing, Pangaea’s production is also second to none. Calling the man an innovator is an understatement. His early releases on Hessle Audio such as You & I EP and Coiled EP became instant classics and his other tracks such as Bone Sucka and Stimulant Dub have sent dancefloors into mayhem. Recently he has brought out top-tier releases with standout tracks such as Fuzzy Logic, Changing Channel and very recently Bad Lines, all of which have been heard over and over this past year.
